How build with us works, step by step
Shape the team
After discovery, we propose a team sized to your roadmap, typically a lead engineer plus two to four engineers, with design and QA as needed.
Plan in sprints
We agree priorities every two weeks. You can change direction at any sprint boundary; the retainer covers capacity, not a frozen scope.
Ship every week
Live demo weekly, a testable build every sprint, and a written update every day.
Report monthly
Delivered scope, quality metrics, risks, and next month's plan, in a report you can forward to your board.
You own: The product, the roadmap priorities, and all code and IP. We own: Delivery: planning, engineering quality, and the release process.

Getting started
- Day 0: Strategy call. We confirm fit, goals, and the right engagement model.
- Days 1–3: Mutual NDA signed. You share context; we send a written proposal with team shape and first-month plan.
- Days 4–7: Agreement signed. Repositories, tools, and communication channels set up.
- Week 2: Kick-off. Discovery starts (Build with us) or engineers join your stand-ups (Extend your team).
- End of week 2–3: First demo of working output.

What does a dedicated development team include?
A technical lead (our founder or a senior lead under them), engineers across the stack your product needs, and QA and design as scoped. The same people stay on your product month to month.
Can you work from our requirements document?
Yes. We start from your requirements, challenge the parts that carry risk, and turn them into a prioritized backlog and architecture before building.
What happens at the end?
You can keep us on retainer for ongoing development, reduce to a support retainer, or take the product in-house. We include a structured handover with documentation and pairing sessions.
