Insanely precise product engineering.

AI-first product engineering for teams that can't afford to ship twice.

We build AI into your product and use AI to build it faster. Senior engineers, a founder on every engagement, and a process you can see into every week, from AI agents and voice bots to mobile, IoT, and web platforms.

Why AI-first

AI in how we build. AI in what we build.

AI-first product engineering means two things at Tech Insane. We use AI tools inside our engineering process to move faster, with every output reviewed by a senior engineer. And we design AI capabilities, such as agents, assistants, and voice interfaces, into your product wherever they create measurable value.

How we use AI, and where we don't

In how we build

Faster delivery, same senior standard

AI assists with scaffolding, tests, migrations, and documentation. Engineers own the design and review every line. On routine work, this typically shortens delivery noticeably. [VERIFY: add your measured range]

In what we build

AI features that survive production

Agents, chatbots, and voice bots with evaluation suites, guardrails, and cost tracking, so they keep working after the demo.

Quality controls

Nothing ships unreviewed

Code review, automated tests, and security scanning apply to AI-assisted code exactly as to hand-written code.

Your data

Never used for training

We use AI tools only under enterprise terms with training disabled, and only with your agreement.

Services

Five capabilities, one senior team

Most products need more than one of these. That is why they live under one roof, with one accountable lead.

Engagement models

Two ways to work with us. Both on monthly retainers.

Retainers keep incentives aligned: we are rewarded for steady, high-quality delivery, not for change requests.

Dedicated product team on monthly retainer

Build with us

We design and build your product from your requirements. You get a dedicated, senior team led by our founder, working in monthly cycles against a shared roadmap.

  • Founders launching or rebuilding a product
  • Companies adding an AI capability they do not have in-house
  • Teams that want one accountable partner for delivery
How build with us works

Vetted developers on our payroll, embedded in yours

Extend your team

Senior Tech Insane engineers join your team month to month. They work in your tools, your rituals, and your codebase, while we handle employment, equipment, and continuity.

  • CTOs who need senior capacity without a long hiring cycle
  • Teams with a specific skill gap (Flutter, Swift, BLE, AI engineering)
  • Scale-ups absorbing a roadmap peak

How we work

A process you can see into, every week

Discovery, architecture, sprints, QA, launch, and support, with a live demo every week and a shared board you can open any time.

  • Weekly demo. A live walkthrough of what shipped, what is next, and anything blocked. 30 minutes, recorded.
  • Shared board. You have full access to our task board (Linear, Jira, or yours). Nothing happens off the record.
  • Async updates. A written update in your Slack or Teams channel at the end of every working day.
  • Transparent reporting. A monthly report covering delivered scope, hours, quality metrics, risks, and next month's plan.

The full process and deliverables

  1. Discovery · Typically 1–2 weeks

We clarify the business goal, users, constraints, and success metrics. We read what exists: code, designs, analytics, and support tickets.

  2. Architecture · Typically 1–2 weeks, overlapping discovery

We design the system before building it: data model, integrations, security, and where AI belongs (and where it does not).

  3. Build sprints · Two-week sprints

We ship working software every sprint. You see a live demo each week and a testable build at the end of every sprint.

  4. Quality assurance · Continuous, plus a release hardening pass

Code review on every change, automated tests in CI, and manual exploratory testing on real devices. AI features get evaluation suites, not just unit tests.

  5. Launch · Typically 1–2 weeks

Staged rollouts, store submissions, monitoring, and a rollback plan. We are on hand during launch week, not just before it.

  6. Support and evolution · Ongoing, on retainer

We keep improving the product: fixing, measuring, and shipping the next most valuable thing. Or we hand over cleanly to your team.

Experience

Proof, stated precisely

These are products our founder led or contributed to as a senior engineer, several before founding Tech Insane. We describe each role exactly as it was.

NDA before details

We sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential. Happy to use yours.

You own the IP

All code, designs, and documentation are assigned to you under the agreement. Code lives in your repositories from day one.

Security by default

Least-privilege access, MFA everywhere, secrets in a vault, encrypted devices, and no client data in unapproved tools, including AI tools.

Code quality standards

Mandatory code review, automated tests in CI, linting and static analysis, documented architecture decisions, and dependency scanning.

Common questions

What is an AI-first product engineering company?

An AI-first product engineering company uses AI throughout its own delivery process to build faster, under senior human review, and designs AI capabilities into the products it builds wherever they create real value. Tech Insane works this way across AI automation, chatbots and voice bots, mobile apps, IoT, and web platforms.

How do engagements with Tech Insane work?

Two models, both on monthly retainers. "Build with us": a dedicated team designs and builds your product. "Extend your team": vetted Tech Insane engineers on our payroll join your team month to month.

Where are your clients?

Worldwide, with a focus on the UAE, the United States, and Italy. We plan working-hours overlap with each client's time zone.

Do we own the code?

Yes. All IP is assigned to you and the code lives in your repositories from day one. We sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential.
