Both engagement models run on monthly retainers: a fixed monthly fee for a defined team capacity. We do not sell fixed-price projects with vague scope, because they tend to reward cutting corners.

In Build with us, we own delivery of your product with a dedicated team led by our founder. In Extend your team, our engineers join your team and take direction from your leads, while we handle employment and continuity.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share confidential information, and we can use your template.

You do. All code, designs, and documentation created for you are assigned to you under the agreement, and the code lives in your repositories from day one.

Only approved tools under enterprise terms that do not train on your data, and only if you agree. If your policy prohibits AI tools on your codebase, we work without them on your project. See How We Use AI.

Yes. We can sign a data processing agreement and adapt data handling to your regulatory requirements. Final legal terms should be reviewed by your counsel.
